Innovation Drivers AI and Unmanned Systems

Unmanned Machines as a System of Systems: remotely controlled – autonomous – self-sufficient

As part of the event »Innovation Drivers AI and Unmanned Systems. Unmanned Machines as a System of Systems: remotely controlled – autonomous – self-sufficient«, experts from the Bundeswehr, research, and industry will meet from September 21 to 23, 2026, at the Van der Valk Resort Linstow in Dobbin-Linstow to discuss current and future developments in unmanned systems and AI-driven capabilities.

The focus is on the integration of unmanned platforms (UxV) into command and communication networks, the challenges of achieving rapid adaptability and certification processes, and the further development of the Bundeswehr's innovation ecosystem. The program includes technical presentations, panel discussions, and live outdoor demonstrations, where systems can be experienced firsthand while driving, flying, or operating.

The event offers military users, research and technology organisations, industry representatives and start-ups a platform for information exchange, networking and cooperation.

Fraunhofer IKS is represented with a talk:
